How to Set Up Human First Routing & Zoiper
This guide explains how to enable "Human First Routing" so you can answer calls on your device before the AI Agent picks up. We will generate your login credentials directly from the portal and connect them to the Zoiper app.
Step 1: Generate Credentials in the Portal
- Log in to your account atmycallsai.com.
- Navigate to the Phone tab in the sidebar.
- Enable Human First Routing:
- Find the toggle switch labeled "Human First Routing" and turn it ON.
- Generate Your User:
- Look for the "Zoiper Credentials" section that appears.
- Click the "Generate New User" button.
- The system will instantly create a unique secure login for you.
- Copy Your Credentials:
- Important: You will see a Username, Password, and Domain.
- Write these down or keep this tab open. For security, the password is shown only this one time.
- Note: Your "SIP Address" field will be auto-filled for you. You do not need to edit it.
- Click Save changes at the bottom of the page.
Step 2: Connect Zoiper App
Now use the credentials you just generated to connect your phone or computer.
- Open the Zoiper app on your device.
- Go to Settings > Accounts.
- Tap the "+" sign to add a new account.
- Select "Yes" when asked if you already have an account.
- Select Manual Configuration.
- Enter the details exactly as they appeared in the Portal:
- Account Name:
MyCallsAi(or any name you prefer) - Domain:
mycallsai.sip.twilio.com - User name: (The Username generated in Step 1)
- Password: (The Password generated in Step 1)
- Caller ID: (Same as your Username)
- Auth Username: (Same as your Username)
- Account Name:
- Tap Register or Login.
- Success: You should see a green "Registration Status: OK" message.
Step 3: Test the Connection
- Keep Zoiper open on your screen.
- Use a different phone to call your business number.
- Your Zoiper app should start ringing immediately.
- If you answer: You are connected to the caller.
- If you decline or don't answer: The AI Agent will pick up the call automatically.
